1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from TQ Lab Series under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Please note that any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at return@tqlabseries.com with your order details and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Package your return securely, including the product and all original packaging. Be sure to include the RA# on the outside of the package for identification purposes.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
If your return is approved, we will notify you via email. If the return is rejected due to the product not meeting our return criteria, you will be informed, and the item will be sent back to you.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the standard return process. You may then place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
